1. Orders and payment
Production begins after a deposit (typically 30–50 % of order value). The balance is due before shipment. Bank transfer (T/T) is the standard payment method.
2. Samples
Sample and courier fees are charged per design and may be credited against a bulk order that meets minimum quantity.
3. Minimum order quantity
Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style. Smaller runs may be accepted at adjusted pricing.
4. Quality and claims
Bulk goods are produced to match the approved reference sample. Claims must be raised within 15 days of receipt with supporting photos.
5. Intellectual property
Customers retain all rights to their designs and brand assets. We do not reuse or disclose customer designs without written consent.
